The BIOS update for the HP Support Assistant application came to my computer on December 4, 2023 (I put the image as a photo - image 1). Since I trust the HP Support application, I downloaded this update and clicked on the downloaded file. Then, as usual, something like an installation screen appeared and I approved the user agreement, etc. After about 10 minutes, a warning appeared when it was about to start automatically (I put the warning image as a photo - image 2) I pressed the "N" key and somehow it opened. However, since I don't know what I did, I don't know whether the computer updated or failed, just a few changes that I noticed after this incident; The first of them is "There is no TPM available" in the security processor section in the device security section in Windows security settings. Please check your BIOS settings'' it says. And secondly, when I press shut down the computer, the computer does not shut down, it turns on again on the lock screen immediately after the shutdown screen appears. That's all I can say. PLEASE help me with this, because it's been 2 months since I bought my computer and I just want to use it better!
