HP Support Assistant offered me the BIOS update to the F.19 version of my Omen 15-ce003nl
However, an error was reported during the installation: no longer supported
BIOS F.19 is compatible with my HP Omen 15-ce003nl?
Thank you

Today HP Support Assistant has re-proposed the BIOS update to the F.19 version and everything went well.
it was an error in the HP Support Assistant software that now appears to have been fixed
Thank you so much for the support, now everything is ok

Try downloading the BIOS Ver F.19 Rev.A ( The latest BIOS for your Omen which was released on 26th Apr 2019 ) directly from HP Website.
Let me know how it goes 😊

Since updating the BIOS is very risky, I do not make any proof if I am not sure that the F.19 version is compatible with my Omen 15-ce003nl.
I think it's a mistake on the HP Support Assistant software, but this should be reported to the technicians.
Thanks anyway for the answer

I will surely put it across to the concerned team and if it's an issue with the HPSA, they will get it fixed through an update
