Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0023dx

I want to update my BIOS to the latest version from HP website. After opening the installation exe file, it extracts its contains to the SWSetup folder in drive C. But then it will not start even after I double-click the setup file. I tried to open the file on different operating systems and computers. But still no success.

 

I cannot contact HP to ask them to fix this issue.

Solved by F.28 version release.
