Product: HP EliteBook 820 G3 Notebook PC

I reset my pc and cleared everything from the disk yesterday. I updated the system and when I restarted it to install the updates, the BIOS security authentication page opened and I cannot pass it since the laptop wasn't originally mine before I bought it. I can't enter my pc without the password and I can't seem to reset it either. Any help or ideas?
