Hello, HP team,
Actually iam really shocked that after i updated my bios through your website, official bios, my laptop completly gone, i cannot use it any more, no one knw how to fix it, many technician sayng motherboard problem, why yyou giving us this bad derivers on your formal website, i lost all my work, i cannot access my work any more, i have too many work that i cannot do, if you dont have stable Bios update why you keep it on your website,
I am losing big deals daily because of you
