HP Recommended

Hello,
I recently installed Windows 11 on my HP Laptop with the following configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i5-1135G7

SSD: SK Hynix BC711 HFM256GDJX013N (256 GB)

RAM: 8 GB ( I have attached some images below)

After the installation, I am experiencing random BSOD errors. The main ones are:

1. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (ntoskrnl.exe)

2. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (ntoskrnl.exe)

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1. Clean Installation:

I formatted the SSD using the GPT partition table and installed Windows 11 successfully.

I installed the Intel RST VMD driver during installation using the latest driver from Intel’s site.

2. System Health Checks:

I ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and sfc /scannow: No integrity violations were found.

I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and MemTest, which reported no errors.

I used CrystalDiskInfo and CrystalDiskMark to check my SSD's health and performance. Everything seems fine, with 97% health and no errors.

3. Driver Updates:

I updated all critical drivers, including Intel’s chipset, graphics, and NVMe storage drivers.

Device Manager shows no issues, and all drivers are reported as up to date.

4. Event Viewer and Minidump Analysis:

Event Viewer shows multiple critical errors, primarily Kernel-Power Event ID 41 and BugCheck Event ID 1001.

Using BlueScreenView, I analysed the minidumps and found that ntoskrnl.exe is listed as the cause.

Are there any suggestions on how to

Let me know if you need more information or dump files.

Thanks in advance!
