Hello! First time for me to seek help through HP Support Community. Hope someone can assist. I have been trying to backup to a newly purchased Lacie external drive. However it is not picking up all my files. I did do a back-up and then re-organised my files and folders on the laptop so deleted all folders and files from Lacie to start again. I believe this is causing syncing issues? Is there a way to start fresh and have the back-up pick up all my files and folders that I've selected in my back-up settings? Thanks and appreciate any help I can get!
