I have recently brought a HP x360 12inch 2 in 1 laptop from currys. On there website they state that this particular laptop has a backilit membrane keyboard. I have brought this laptop for the features that they have specified but unfortunately i am unable to work out how to turn the light on for the keyboard. I am wondering whether someone knows how to or if this is not true for this specific product.

@Rian7497
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you please share the keyboard picture?
Note: If your notebook computer has a backlit keyboard, press the F5 or F4 (some models) key on the keyboard to turn the light on or off. It might be necessary to press the fn (function) key at the same time.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hello here is an image of the design of my keyboard, unfortunately i don't have any f keys and no fn key. Is there any other suggestions as to whether this looks like it should have a back lit keyboard?
I took it into a currys store near me and they recon the description of this model laptop was put in incorrectly online?
This model is the x360 2 in 1 12 inch chrome os chromebook
Many Thanks
