Product: PAVILLION X-360 convertible. Product number 3GO10EA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My f5 key does not have the sign for backlite. I have not been able to put on my backlite either. I have tried pressing Fn and F5 together and also tried Pressing Fn and space bar together, I have also tried pressing f10, f12 but nothing is working. Please can someone assist me

Specifications do not indicate this model includes the backlit keyboard feature.

 

Techspec:

KeyboardFull-size, ash gray keyboard

 

F5 the right key.

If there is no icon on the F5 key, there is no backlit keyboard.
