Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

even though my HP Spectre has speakers from Bang and Olufsen and I have read numerous times about a Bang and Olufon Equalizer, such Equalizer software is not installed on my Laptop.

 

Updating BIOS, audio drivers etc. has not helped with the missing equalizer either and none of the existing forum questions tackles my this problem specifically.

 

Therefore, I wanted to ask you, whether it is even possible and if so, how to obtain the mentioned equalizer for my speakers.

Thank you for your quick response.

 

I was able to access the equalizer by searching for HP Audio Control in the Start menu.

 

Looks like the equalizer is now integrated in the menu of HP Audio Control.
