Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new battery and after first time charging it tested the battery through HP assitant m it said recalibrate the battery by charging to 100% and keeping the charging connector connected for anoth 2.5 Hours and then test again, I have done this procedure alreadt 3 times but battery test styill says "calibrate? what shall i DO AS IT IS NOT GETTING CALIBRATED.

 

Please help

We will calibrate the battery manually.
