Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 15-dq1025od
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I was trying to calibrate the battery on my laptop and was attempting to do so through the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) however, it would not complete the calibration due to a memory extension failure with the ID of PLG78K-A7JBK9-GXGG3F-40NU03. It says that it is an issues with the memory module 2: bottom-slot 2 (right), however I am not sure what my memory has to do with calibrating my battery or what I can do to fix this issue so I can successfully calibrate the battery as my laptop dies way faster than it should.
Any help would be appreciated, please and thank you!
