Well, the title says it all. An alert annoyingly pops out from time to time and asks me to lower my battery's maximum charge level from 100% to 80%.

My BIOS and drivers ar all up-to-date.

For some reason my uploaded pictures were blank, so here is Google Drive link to them:

Of course, I assume I can disable this alert in my HP Hardware Diagnostics/Assistant tool, but isn't HP software supposed to know if my laptop model and/or its BIOS supports the function it alerts about?!

OK, so I deleted all HP software. Now I get an alert about some "hpdiag" for which I must choose an app. And it keeps popping out instead of battery management and keeps annoying me instead of what was earlier.

So if there's no way, I think I should write a letter to upper management with the link to this forum topic.

OK SO AS A CUSTOMER OF HP AND OWNER OF YOUR LAPTOR I DEMAND THAT YOU TELL ME WHETHER OR NOT I CAN DISABLE THIS STUPID NOTIFICATION.

I SWITCHED ALL NOTIFICATIONS OFF BUT IT DIDN'T HELP.

CAN YOU TELL ME: IF I DELETE ALL HP SOFTWARE, WILL IT STOP POPPING OUT??

OR YOU WILL KEEP IGNORING ME AND I SHOUD WRITE TO HP TOP MANAGEMENT DIRECTLY?
