Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased  HP Pavilion eg1000tx  i5 11th gen from amazon. But after started using it i faced issues like fast battery drain, drain from 100 to 93% directly, heating issue in normal use. So i replaced the product but i got the product with same issues. So i returned the product and purchased  the same model from nearest HP store. Again i faced the same issue so i decided to return the product and choose the i5 12th gen of Hp pavilion - Hp pavilion eg2019tx. But now this product has also the same issue. What is the reason for this?.

🚫I already updated the windows, latest bios and all other drivers.

Will this resolve in next BIOS update?.

Expecting Valuable Replies. Thanks in advance2022-05-21.png
