What if I keep a laptop charger always plugged in using it or not? It is safe or not.

Do not leave the battery permanently at 100% capacity when the charger is connected.

-> Use the battery (from time to time) and let it discharge to 30% capacity, then recharge it.

-> Use <windows shutdown sleep mode> without the charger connected to slowly discharge the battery overnight.

-> Observe the behavior of the battery for a few weeks ...

Good luck
