Battery is only charging up till 36%. On running the HP Support Assistant it always shows CALIBRATE.
However System Diagnostics test shows either PASSED or FAILURE ID: 9AMU1Q-8AB9LW-MFPUQJ-C0BF03.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this is a hardware issue with the Battery.
