Hi, battery is unable to charge above 80% and there is no Battery Care option in BIOS or any Advance option. BIOS version is INSYDEH20 f.50. Is there anyway to unhide advance option or let battery charge above 80%.

Hi@MuhammadAhsan95,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Battery issues with the HP Notebook.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • For Testing and Calibrating the Battery please click this link
  • HP Battery Care Function allows users to specify the maximum charge limit and can be modified in the F10 BIOS settings under Battery Care Function.
  • HP Battery Health Manager is a BIOS-level setting available in most HP business notebooks.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
