Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I want my HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0023dx brand new and after I complety charged the battery and turn off without use it for 10 or 15 days, when I turn it on again the battery shows 60% of charge, is it normal?

Do you have Hibernation enabled in the Power Options Control Panel? You may have to drill down into the Advanced Options and the Sleep sub section to make sure it's set up.

 

I've found though that sometimes even though I have Hibernation enabled on mine, the laptop will be "awake" (corner LED lit up) even though the lid is closed. Not sure what could be waking it up on occasion. 😕

 

that many days though sounds like it's working correctly, this isn't ARM technology after all. 🙂
