My battery shows 0% available ( plugged in, not charging) .
im not sure what the problem is. I did follow some YouTube videos and uninstall the battery but it still shows
I also went and retrieved the battery life and it was the same number as available amount. How do I know if I need a new battery? Or what’s going on.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article and run a test on the battery.
