Yes hello
I am having constant issues with battlefield 4, it just randomly kicks me out, I did install HPs drivers all 16 of them which the HPs site recommended. But now I just get kicked out of the game constantly with a graphics card error, this didnt happen before.
My graphics driver version is 31.0.101.4369, it is the driver version I also installed from intel. But I am very confused, how can I still have intel's driver if I installed drivers (16) from hp's site?
please help, I am breaking my game like this, one of these days I will lose everything.

Was told by Intel to come here to know what is the maximum video memory that my device can produce. Having issues being able to play my games( battlefield 4 and steel division 2), because I don't think the system is giving the necessary video memory when I play.
System: Hp 15 dw3000 (1A3Y1AV)
Integrated graphics card: Intel iris xe graphics
Processor: core i7 1165g7 2.80ghertz- max 4.80ghertz
Ram: 4gb + 4gb= 8gb running dual channel mode
Operating system: windows 11 version 2h22 64 bit
Storage on hard disk: 1tb
Compute units: 96
Cores: 4 8 threads
Dedicated video memory: 128mb( this I want to know why it is so low and how I can increase it)
