Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Im seeking recommendations for the best Antivirus and security for a HP windows 11 laptop.  I have McAfee LiveSafe antivirus, I have heard its is not very good, just had my first "virus" problem, the computer had an unresponsive blank screen for 15 minutes then it informed me I had "critical structure corruption".  I was unable to get further info because the computer was not working right.  It seems to work OK now.  Just ran a virus scan and cookie deletion with McAfee, no problems found.

I read older posts recommending Malware Bytes.
