OK, so i got MB that i wanted to upgrade my laptop, but it has Factory OS set on Windows hot to change to Non-Windows in BIOS like that i have in my current Laptop?

First off, the BIOS has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows; so it is neither Windows or non-Windows. It is independent of that.
Second, if your intent is to install a non-Windows OS on a motherboard you acquired, we do not assist with that. If this is a Linux distro, you will have to contact the support forum of the Linux distro you plan to install.
