Hello,

my HP Support Assistance asked me to update the bios.

I downloaded and installed this update  sp 156523.exe  (bios F30) on date of 21/01/25

Checking the info of my laptop I noticed that my Bios was still on F29.

The folder SP156523 is existing in :\SWSetup.

On 21/01/25 I contacted HP help via Whatsapp but, after some messages, I never get a reply on my question.

By email I got Case number [Personal Information Removed] CRM:0085195004848.

On 23/01/25 received an other email telling me that the case was closed.

Can somebody help me ?
