Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guys, So I might have updated a wrong bios to my laptop and now it wont boot up and when I use the Windows +B key solution it boosts but the screen remains black the capslock key flashes in intervals of 2.

I can't create a recovery to my flashdrive because when I run my bios setup executable it does not bring up the hp bios update and recovery utility. So I cant create a recovery media 

Is there a way to recover the bios ?? My laptop is from 2012
