While doing a bios rollback had following errors "Unable to Open bios signature file"

I understand that you are getting error Cannot open bios signature file message while rollback the BIOS.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

You can try to manually perform a BIOS recovery by following these steps:

 

  1. Turn off the computer.

  2. Plug the notebook into power using the power adapter.

  3. While the computer is still off:

    1. Press and hold the  Windows key and the  B key at the same time, and then press and hold down the  Power button on the notebook for one second.

    2. Release the  Power button and the keys.

By following these steps the BIOS will reach the UEFI partition in order to recover the BIOS to the last known good version of the BIOS from the hard drive.  Let me know how it goes.

Haven't you see the images I posted.

 

I am already in UEFI bios update. But getting an error while doing a rollback.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
