Hi, I recently tried to download the drivers and bios from the HP site but it can't find anything, not even the old versions!

 

Can anyone help me?

Hi:

 

You should be able to use the drivers from the base model 15-n200 model series.

Make sure you select the right BIOS update for the processor your notebook has...AMD or Intel.

Unfortunately it says it is not compatible. I currently have an F.13 bios installed (AMD).


On the internet I found the bios F.17. unfortunately this is also considered incompatible. I don't understand how this is possible as it is suitable for my notebook model.
