HP Notebook - 15-db0011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Windows 10 ver, 1909 on my HP laptop and have been unable to download and install the current version (21H2).  I get the following message:  We couldn't install Windows 10.  Error 0xC 1900101 - 0x 20017.  The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation.  I have used both the Microsoft Download Assistant and the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to download versions above 1909, but they all fail.

I have been following people's suggestions from The Microsoft Community for 5 days to no avail.  I'm aware of the Conexant driver problem and saw that Realtek is using some Conexant drivers.  I updated Realtek drivers with Windows drivers but that didn't help.  From the HP support page I tried to update my bios to see if that might help.  However, the update failed with the following message:  F:\EFI\HP\Bios\New\084AC bin contains an incorrect path. One dead end after another!

I don't know where to go from here.  I would appreciate any help.
