OMEN by HP 17-cb0070nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello i need help with downgrading the bios on my HP 17-cb0070nr (8603 board)  from Ami f.48 to Ami f.47, because it is causing issues like its running way hotter than usual and the fans are at high constantly even if im not running any programs. This only started happening right after i updated it, and ive also already cleaned it and checked the fans and everything is working good.

Hello @Mugii_2442

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

Check HP warranty status:

HP support

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

Check your warranty or service status

To find serial number follow:

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories

Don't post serial number here in the community !

If status (date) is wrong:

--->>> HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status

Hello @Mugii_2442

If there is an update of the BIOS version from HP in the near future, this might help.

Unfortunately, I can't wave a magic wand. My options are exhausted...

Kind regards

Hello @Mugii_2442

In the meantime read OMEN at wikipedia, then you can understand the meaning of the product name a little better...

Kind regards
