I need the most recent BIOS file for a DV9700, product number GP235AV, processor Intel Core 2 Duo t5750.

I wasn't able to find it on the HP website...

Thanks!

Once a product is retired, the official HP support content (troubleshooting articles, user guides, how-to videos, etc.) for that product is removed from the HP web site.

Is it possible the last bios update is still out there somewhere?

HP Recommended

While not on the HP site, i found the newest BIOS of

F.58 A
Release date: 08 Jul 2008
Try Google for that as wherever you find it, it will not be HP.  Therefore I cannot recommend a place.

BTW: unless there is a specific reason for a different BIOS than what is already installed, then forget it.  If it is working, no need for a BIOS update.  If it is not working, probably will not help.  Please explain if you wish.

Thanks for the help guys, I currently have BIOS vF.59 so I guess mine is newer yet.  I will just stick with what's already installed, thanks again for the help though.
