HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got a new HP laptop today.  Switched out S mode and got windows home.  Then began to load updates from HP.  Downloaded the bios update that was available.  It then switched the laptop back to S mode.  Tried to go in and switch out again in the windows store, and it will not work.  Comes up with error that says "Try again later, something happened on our end".  Need this laptop for my large collection of kindle ebooks, and I need to get it back out of S mode so I can download the kindle app for PC.  Please help, or I am going to have no choice but send this back and get some other computer.  Thanks.

Okay, after four hours and numerous searches online...  problem fixed!!!  Saw a solution to go into command prompt by pushing the windows logo and R at the same time.  Then typing in WSReset.exe.  took a minute for it to do its thing with a black box on the screen, and then I restarted.  It magically came back to Windows Home!  The S mode just went away.  Did not have to do the switch in the Microsoft store.  Amazing!  No I can go to sleep!  Ken
