Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use my personal laptop but have my university provided office 365 installed. Today I did a bios update and get the following errors

1) I can not log on using a pin any longer , I have to enter my personal Microsoft password

2) When opening outlook I get asked for a password but there is nowhere to enter it. If I click the password message nothing happens

i can access outlook via the web and on my iPad but not on my HP machine.

I know at 4 years old it makes a snail look fast but it should still work

@Jon5365

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected. You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse.

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03327545 to perform system restore.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
