HP Recommended

Im running windows vista and Peppermint os an ubuntu based linux distro that dual boots via grub boatloader.

Is there any issue running a bios update from hp provided softpack.
Or is it just start the bios update from windows and follow the instructions to perform the update.

Will grub affect the update process?
