Is it possible to update BIOS to UEFI in HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC product number LK784EA#AKD?

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

 

UEFI BIOS's were not offered in the dv7 model series unless they came with Windows 8, and I believe that only the dv7-72xx and dv7-73xx model series came with Windows 8 from HP.
