I don't habe and problem - YET!
Can someone, since HP does NOT WANT ME to contact them. YES, i m out of warranty. MY COMPUTER WORKS FINE.
eXCEPT. N ODD MESSAGE has come up when computer would not boot, It referred to BITLOCKER>< I habe no idea what this is. Can someone give me some good links so I CAN EDUCATE MYSELF.
I habe never had to use any recovery procedure since,e for no known reason, computer has turned on, and worked for months until the message came up again.
Second question that should habe been fielded by hp. MY key between c and b hardly eber works. I removed key. THERE IS NO DIRT. How can i BUY new keyboard.
