So I've had this laptop for awhile now but recently a black pop-up box has been appearing on my screen. At first I thought I had an odd virus so I ran a scan (I've had AVAST installed for awhile as well) but nothing came up. It looks like some kind of system error box but theres no text in the box itself. Just today the box stayed up long enough for me to read '...... PCActiveHealth .......... ActiveHealth.exe' at the top of the box before it dissapppeared once again. I suppose I would like to know if it's a problem with my device and if so how to solve it.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are having issues installing the printer on a couple computers. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- When did this issue start?
- Did you do any hardware or software changes?
- Which operating system is installed on the computer?
Meanwhile
The HP Active Health.exe monitors your computer to assure that it is running properly.
Update the HP Support Assistant, Click here and refer the document to download and know more about support assistant.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.

The issue started a few weeks ago, to be honest I'm not sure exactly when. My laptop runs through windows 10 and to my knowledge I havnt had any major software changes. But it wasn't connected to internet for a long time so maybe I missed an update?
