Hey guys i need urgent help . I was working on a project and went to sleep by the time i woke up my screen was completely black normally it will be on screensaver . I tried to wake it up by mouse and keyboard but it didn't respond . I tried force reboot but windows won't load and i only see black screen. I tried the hp support guide did hard reset swapped memory modules removed and attached both ssd m2 drive and normal hardrive but nothing seems to work. The guide suugested to upgrade the bios which when perfomed says failed to restore. I tried usb upgrade method too but same reault please help all my work is pending for today

If you've done all the steps suggested under = Recover the BIOS using a USB recovery drive in this document:- Click here
An yet the issue persists, I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
