Product: HP 14-fq0000 Laptop PC (12N13AV)

I have the LG ultra slim dvd writer connected to my laptop. And I’m trying to download a game, but a message pops up saying “blocked by administrator” it’s my laptop. I don’t want it blocked. I want to play the game. Can someone help? I’ve tried google. Nothing helped

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

What does the DVD have to do with downloading a game?  Or perhaps you are trying to "install" the game from the DVD?

 

Do you have Admin rights on the PC, or are you set to "User"?

 

It would help if you included the model number of your HP computer!
