@Mitram,

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand you are looking for the bluetooth drivers for your HP notebook. Don't worry I'll be glad to help you.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

How did you install  Windows 10? Is it a retail copy of Windows or OEM version.

Have you tried to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant.

After reviewing your post thoroughly, I did go through the software and driver download page and found that there are no drivers available for Windows 10 for your HP Pavilion notebook, you would need to rely on Windows updates or HP Support Assistant to find the drivers for your computer. Click here to know more about HPSA. If you are still having issues with the bluetooth drivers from generic drivers, you would need to revert the OS on your computer to Windows 7 as the drivers are available for them on HP Website.

Click here for more details.

I hope this information helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accepted Solution.

And click on the Purple Thumbs up icon at the bottom of my comment.
