I have an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 card (laptop omen 15-ce008nw / Samsung Galaxy S10 phone) which has bluetooth 4.2 and supports LE, unit in the device manager Low Energy Peripheral Role is set to FALSE. How to solve this problem?

I have a similar issue with my BT 4.0 transmitter and the only way I know of is to manually alter the registry to true.  Right now I want to connect my phone screen to my desktop and having a false setting there will not allow this to happen.
