Bluetooth Radio Not Appearing in Device Manager

HP had to reinstall my OS last summer since an update messed something up that neither of us could figure out. Long story short I no longer have Bluetooth on my laptop and need to fix it. I have done the autodetect on the HP site and downloaded the two Bluetooth driers for my model, however, it still won't show in my device manager. 

I have a HP Envy Notebook - m7 - k111dx. 

I downloaded the following:

Broadcom Bluetooth Driver - sp71995

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series Bluetooth 40 HS Driver - sp72163

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series Wireless LAN Driver - sp71815

How do I wake up the Bluetooth radio?

No, your machine use Intel 7620 part # 756753-005 as shown on the following link
