Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T56AV)

My bluetooth randomly stop giving audio. During this part, the bluetooth icon in the bottom right panel shows that it is connected to my ear phones. But, since it doesn't give any audio, I disconnect my ear phones to notice that the bluetooth icon is in light grey color, not letting me enable it/disable it. After a while, the bluetooth turns off. On enabling it again, the Bluetooth becomes dark grey, again, not letting me enable it. Then after a while, the bluetooth icon disappears from the panel.

On checking on device manager, the bluetooth section is found missing. When I see from "show hidden devices", bluetooth section is seen with my bluetooth driver with a yellow triangle symbol.

I downloaded the bluetooth driver from HP, and the installation never happens, when the green bar starts moving from left to right, the dialogue box, abruptly stops.

On trying to fix with ChatGPT, I tried to update my BIOS. But after installation and restarting, the screen is black. The fans work slowly, the laptop heats up a little, the power button is lit, CAPSLOCK does not respond and it stays at the black screen. I left it over night, it didn't change.

Please help me resolve these issues.
