Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

Model : HP EliteBook 645 14 inch G11 Notebook 

Issue : Bluetooth loses connectivity with headsets and mouses , need to pair again and will work for 1 or 2 hours and again loses connectivity

Tried updating the bios drivers and all still same issue

Any Suggestions

Kindly review the instructions as below :

- We at HP do not encourage using 3rd party accessories or devices , hardware upgrades unless advised in any form of hp documentation

- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis with the limited details that we have about the device  -
