I wish I had good news for you -- but I don't!
BlueTooth (BT) under Win10 has always been a problem -- as they have put out numerous Windows Updates claiming to fix it, but have not.
I have three PCs that run both Win7 and Win10. On Win7, the BT devices pair and work without issues; on Win10 performance is spotty at best, and sometimes, the devices simply will not pair! Same hardware, just different OS versions.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
