Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

Hello, am using a Hp Elitebook 1030 G4 -x64 bit. It is running Windows 11. 
I have been having problems with my Bluetooth since it cannot find available devices and connect with them. I have tried more than 10 possible solutions posted here and on the internet, but none seems to be working right from updating the drivers, reinstalling them, getting Windows updates, etc.

Kindly help me find a permanent solution. Thank you.
