Hi:
Let's confirm that your notebook has the Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 adapter installed.
Go to the device manager, find the Bluetooth Radios device manager category and click to expand that.
You should be seeing a Realtek 4.0 Bluetooth adapter listed there.
If you see a Generic Bluetooth adapter listed there, then the Realtek bluetooth driver did not install the device.
The bluetooth normally will not work unless the specific model bluetooth driver is installed.

Therein lies the problem.
The bluetooth drivers I gave you should have installed the generic bluetooth driver, and made it the Realtek bluetooth.
I have no idea why the Realtek bluetooth driver won't install.
Try it again.
Unless you can get the realtek bluetooth driver to install, the bluetooth won't ever work.

I don't know how but I downloaded a few SP app and I restarted my computer and my phone is able to find the pc now!!!!!! Thank you very much for your help. These are the few app i downloaded.
