@jimmy270349 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to connect Bluetooth.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps to uninstall the previous Bluetooth driver, then update the Bluetooth driver:

  1. Select Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
  2. Uninstall the Bluetooth driver from Apps & features.
  3. Press and hold the Power button down for 5 seconds to initialize full shutdown.
  4. Power on the computer.
  5. Open Device Manager.
  6. Click and expand Bluetooth to show hidden devices.
  7. Locate Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® device under Bluetooth.
  8. Right-click on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®.
  9. Select Uninstall device.
  10. Select Scan for hardware changes (the device will be detected and identified as an Unknown device).
  11. Connect the computer to the Internet.
  12. Then install the Bluetooth driver
