@jimmy270349 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to connect Bluetooth.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps to uninstall the previous Bluetooth driver, then update the Bluetooth driver:
- Select Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
- Uninstall the Bluetooth driver from Apps & features.
- Press and hold the Power button down for 5 seconds to initialize full shutdown.
- Power on the computer.
- Open Device Manager.
- Click and expand Bluetooth to show hidden devices.
- Locate Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® device under Bluetooth.
- Right-click on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®.
- Select Uninstall device.
- Select Scan for hardware changes (the device will be detected and identified as an Unknown device).
- Connect the computer to the Internet.
- Then install the Bluetooth driver
