I'm running Windows 10 Home, version 1909, OS Build 18363.476 and trying to connect a Sony SRS-XB2 speaker with bluetooth.  I've updated drivers, changed settings, stop and start service, and every other solution suggested in several forums, but have yet to solve the issue.  "Allow bluetooth devices to connect to this computer" is greyed out, and when I select "Add a device," the computer can't find my speaker.

One solution was to check "Allow bluetooth devices to connect to this computer" in bluetooth settings - options.  I DON'T HAVE that checkbox.

Seems to be a common problem -- lots of users out there having bluetooth connection issues with Windows 10.  Doesn't seem like it should be a difficult problem or that all of these people are just SOL and have to use wires.

Can anyone out there give me some help please?

Please check the Sony SRS-XB2 manual to see how you can make it is DISCOVERABLE

Really?  I've checked the obvious things, and my phone had no trouble discovering the speaker.  I thought I made it pretty clear it's a Windows issue.
