Boot device not found and hard drive isn’t install with a problem of (3F0)

While turning on my pc the only thing on the screen is ( Boot device not found ) and it also says to instant and operating system on my hard disk, while it tells me to press F2 for (system diagnostic) it brings me to another black screen  with options that says ( memory test, hard drive check, language & exit ) as I clock the hard drive check it says “ no hard drive installed. Please check that the power and data cables are connect properly “ and gives me the option of (main menu ) but brings me to the (memory test  hard drive check, language & exit ) then nothing happens after. The (memory test ) section passed but the (Hard drive  check) doesn’t have a hard drive installed and I’m not sure what to do now.

I had the same error (3f0) My laptop was still under warranty and they took it stuck a new hard drive and reinstalled operating system. Not a pro but I would think you hd went. if You can run short dst test on hard drive if you already haven't see if it passes or fails
