Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not at all a techie. But I have an HP Notebook 15 that had been in my closet for 2 years because I was getting No hard drive found, install OS, 3fo,etc. Well yesterday I created a bootable for W10 using Ventoy and a Chromebook. Well it was doing it's job and the laptop was in W10 set up when I got  the error message "No drivers found" and the rest that goes with that. Now I know you can create a bootable with drivers, but my question is: Is it too late to add the drivers? Ventoy already partitioned the USB, and if its not too late to add the drivers,, could someone please email the exact steps in making a bootable with drivers, even if I have to start over. Thank you so much.

Hi:

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

Since you have to use the software on another PC to create the recovery media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is  6FV98UA#ABA
