I purchased a Care Pack to extend the warranty on my laptop. Case Detail Summary:
• Order Number: [Edited]
• Case Number(s) and Product(s) :
CAS-[Edited],HP 1 Yr Post Warranty Plan,1
HP Support Assistant did not update. I have not received a reply, and I cannot find the "Dispute This" selection. I've searched everywhere for an answer, or how to message someone (a Live Chat!!!). HP websites just run a person around in circles! It is as though they do not want to be bothered with helping their customers!!! HP needs to join the real world of Customer Support.
